                                                      他走了

                       你可以因他走了而流淚,你也可以因他來過而笑;

               你可以閉上眼睛祈禱他會回來,你也可以張開眼睛看看他留了什麼下來;

                   你可以因看不到他而心靈空虛,你也可以心中充滿了他給的愛;

                  你可以活在過去,背對未來;你也可以樂見明天,因為昨日已逝;

                 你可以只記得他的離去,你也可以珍惜有他的回憶,並讓它繼續存在。

                       你可以哭泣、封閉心靈、感覺空虛和轉身逃避;

                或者,你寧可做他所希望的:微笑、打開胸懷、去愛和好好的活下去。

He is gone

David Harkins

You can shed tears that he is gone

Or you can smile because he has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back

Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left,

Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him

Or you can be full of the love that you shared,

You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday

Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday,

You can remember him and only that he is gone

Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,

You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,

Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
